1.1 Lignans

Schisandra lignans account for 2% to 8%. The main components of Schisandra volatile oil are terpenoids, including monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. The main components are β-myrcene, α-terpinene, terpinolene, decahydro-1,6-bis (methylene) -4- (1-methylethyl) -naphtalene, (−)-caryophyllene oxide, (−)-β-caryophyllene, (1R, 4AS, 8AR) -1-isopropyl-4,7-dimethyl-1,2,4A, 5,6, 8A-α-amorphene, (+)-β-bisabolene, β-himachalene, (+)-Purellene [1-methyl-4-[(1R) -1,2,2-trimethylcyclopentyl ] benzene] and so on.

At present, research on Schisandra chinensis polysaccharides mainly focuses on the extraction of crude polysaccharides and evaluation of biological activity, but there are relatively few reports on its purification and single polysaccharide components.

Schisandra organic acids include succinic acid, trans-cinnamic acid, malicacid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, citric acid, quinic acidlinoleic acid, palmiticacid, oleic acid and the like.
